Welcome to the Sam Martin State Farm Insurance Office!

As we move through January and into February, winter is in full swing here in West Michigan ❄️. From snowy mornings to busy family schedules, this time of year is a great opportunity to review what matters most and make sure everything is in place as we head toward the rest of the year. I’m glad you’re here and appreciate you taking the time to learn more about our Holland, Michigan office 😊.

I am a lifelong Michigander and proudly call West Michigan home. I grew up in Alma, MI, then moved to Holland while attending Hope College—where my love for football really took off 🏈 (Go Dutch!). These days, you’ll usually find me on a field coaching my kids’ teams or following college football. If you stop by the office, you’ll have to ask whether I’m cheering for Michigan or Michigan State! My wife and I have three kids who attend Zeeland Public Schools, and we love staying active in the Holland/Zeeland community—whether that’s enjoying Tulip Time, visiting our local beaches, cooling off at a splash pad, or supporting local restaurants 🍽️🌷.

I’ve been with State Farm since 2007, and our office brings together over 50 years of combined experience. We help individuals and families with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Condo Insurance, and Life Insurance, along with options for Health coverage and Small Business Insurance. We also proudly offer complimentary Notary Services for our customers and community members. My team and I focus on clear communication, reliable service, and being easy to work with every step of the way.

Community involvement is very important to us. Our office actively supports local events and enjoys working alongside well-known Holland-area restaurants, including Crazy Horse Steakhouse and The Wooden Shoe Restaurant. Building strong local connections is something we truly value ❤️.
